Washington, DC Trip **UPDATE**

The New Hope United Methodist Church Youth Choir will be performing in the Washington, DC area June 24 – June 27, 2010. More information will be posted as available, however, for more information please contact Ms. Tonya Alford or Mr. Legusta Floyd.
Seats are currently being sold for the 55 passenger bus. Approximately 25 seats have already been sold. The cost for the trip is $300.00, which includes round-trip transportation, lodging, and two meals each day. All payments should be made to New Hope United Methodist Church (Memo: Youth Choir). Payments can be made in nonrefundable increments in any amount. There is a seating chart for the trip, and when payment is received you can select your desired seat from those available.
Congressman McIntyre has been contacted to assist in getting passes to get a tour of the White House. However, we are just one group of many requesting the tours. If the passes are not possible, we will stop at the White House Visitors Center, and plan to visit other sites in the DC area.

6:00 pm Visit the National Zoo
9:00 pm Evening Snack

8:00 am Breakfast at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center Cafeteria
10:00 am Visit the White House
12:00 pm Lunch on the Mall
2:00 to 6:00 pm Tour the National Mall and Visit the US Capital
7:00 pm Dinner at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center Cafeteria
8:00 to 9:00 pm Game Room and planning time
